How long does an order take?
Many pieces are made to order. Each product page shows an estimated time when one applies, and we'll confirm timing by email after you order. Need it by a certain date? Add a note at checkout and we'll let you know right away if we can make it.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Choose local pickup at checkout. We'll contact you when your order is ready to arrange a pickup time in Lloydminster.
Do you deliver?
Yes. We offer free delivery within Lloydminster city limits. We'll contact you to arrange a time.
Do you ship?
Not through online checkout yet. If you're outside Lloydminster, send us a message and we'll see what we can do.
How can I pay?
We accept Interac e-Transfer, cash or e-Transfer at pickup or delivery. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and GST (5%) is added at checkout.
Can I order something custom?
Absolutely — custom work is our favourite. Use the inquiry form to tell us your idea, and we'll reply with options, pricing and timing.
How do I check on my order?
The confirmation page you see after checkout has a private link to your order — bookmark it to check back. You can also email us with your order number any time.
Store policies
Personalized and custom items
Because personalized and custom pieces are made just for you, they can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or with a mistake on our part. Please double-check names, dates and spelling before placing your order.
Ready-made items
If something isn't right with a ready-made piece, contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we'll work it out with you. Items should be unused and in their original condition.
Damaged or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email admin@110westcraftco.com with your order number and a photo within 7 days, and we'll repair, remake or refund it.
Cancellations
You can cancel for a full refund before we start making your piece. Once work has begun on a personalized item, we may not be able to cancel it.
Handmade variation
Every piece is made by hand, so small variations in colour, grain and finish are part of its character and may differ slightly from photos.
Privacy
We only use your name, contact details and address to fulfil your order and reply to you. We don't sell or share your information. Card payments are handled by our payment processor (Square or Stripe); we never see or store your card number.
